This is a personal diary for me to record the food I've eaten and how much I exercise, plus other little things that will help me improve how I feel about myself. Since I was in 6th grade I've always had issues with my stomach and since high school it spread to being insecure about other parts of my body. Instead of learning to "accept it" or love it, I would rather fix the problem and it's time to get down to business. I want to record every meal, every workout, and gather inspiration and ideas for new workouts. I need to stay motivated and rather than waste physical resources recording what I do, I figure I would make a Tumblr. I'm on here already anyway.
I am newly vegan but don't plan on turning back. Getting used to being vegan is still a trying process so I hope that every day I will get better at knowing what I can and can't eat. I have the internet though and my roommate to go through the trials with and couldn't be happier to having finally gone vegan :)
My goals to improve to my fitness and appearance pertain to my love of hooping and hopes to be a gogo dancer. Silly as it may sound, I would love to be a gogo dancer and it's a goal I've been working at forever. Hoop dancing as well is one of my favorites and both of these activities are performed better when your physical stamina is up to par to keep up with long time periods of constant movement.
